    We started the Monsal Trail at the end in Bakewell. It’s a beautiful ride along an old railway track passing through tunnels and over viaducts. Emma did very well cycling about 15 miles from Bakewell to Millers Dale viaduct and back. Continue reading

    Today K & I did the Suffolk Coast ride. Starting from Glemham Hall the 60 mile route went up to Southwold and then down the coast passing through Walberswick and Dunwich.
